Eric Goldman is an Assistant Professor of Law at Marquette University Law School in Milwaukee, WI. He joined the faculty in 2002. His teaching and research efforts focus on cyberlaw and intellectual property matters.
He serves on the editorial board of the Business Law Today and the Journal of the Copyright Society of the U.S.A. and is a member of the ABA Business Law Section Publications Board.
Prior to Marquette, he was General Counsel of Epinions.com, a consumer-oriented Internet company, and an Internet and technology transactions attorney at Cooley Godward LLP in the Silicon Valley. He has also been an adjunct professor at Boalt Hall (UC Berkeley), Santa Clara University School of Law and University of San Francisco School of Law. He received his BA, JD and MBA from UCLA.
