Education: J.S.D., LL.M - Columbia Law School; LL.B/B.A, Law & Psychology, Hebrew Univ. (Jerusalem).

Dr. Zarsky teaches Contracts, Advanced Property, Cyberlaw, and Telecommunications Law. His scholarship focuses on Internet law, information privacy, telecommunications, and IP policy. He is a Fellow of the Information Society Project at Yale Law School, and an Adjunct Professor for the "Law in Ireland Program" at Seton Hall Law School.
